Filtered follower summaries

post https://api.dogabot.com/api/v1/followers/summary

Returns filtered follower summaries. Optional JSON body: limit (default 50, max 100), offset, sortBy/sortDir, and filters (symbol, exchange, status, tradingMode, …). Response is { items, total, limit, offset }. This is a read.
