Set exchange leverage · dogabot docs

post https://api.dogabot.com/api/v1/exchange/leverage

Changes initial futures leverage for a symbol on supported perp venues; optional margin_mode (crossed|isolated). Requires confirm_live=true. Requires write:terminal on the key and feat:terminal on the account. Send Idempotency-Key.
