Create Ask AI conversation

post https://api.dogabot.com/api/v1/ai/chat/conversations

Creates an Ask AI conversation thread. Requires write:ask_ai on the key (Pro soft-allow). Nested tool confirms still run as the key owner. Send Idempotency-Key on mutating calls.

Scopes write:ask_ai write
