Re-run a bulk backtest batch

post https://api.dogabot.com/api/v1/backtest/bulk/batches/{batch_id}/rerun

Re-runs a finished bulk batch as a new batch (uses quota per job). Requires the listed write scope and feat:api:write on an Institutional account. Send Idempotency-Key.

Idempotency-Key string required

Unique key per mutation so retries stay safe.
