Set exchange margin mode

post https://api.dogabot.com/api/v1/exchange/margin-mode

Switches cross/isolated margin for a symbol. Response scope says whether the venue applied it per symbol, account-wide, or combined with leverage. Requires confirm_live=true. Requires write:terminal on the key and feat:terminal on the account. Send Idempotency-Key.
