Terminal place-order returns client_order_id

POST /api/v1/terminal/place-order returns an async ack with client_order_id. Poll GET /api/v1/terminal/orders/by-client-order-id/{client_order_id} until the order fills or is rejected.

The MCP server is hosted at https://mcp.dogabot.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP). Point any MCP client at it; no local process is needed. See MCP tools.
